Albrecht Fields- E. on Martin Luther King Blvd, lot is 1st Right, E. of Elmore Rd.

Bartlett Trails–take Muldoon Rd. N.. Take 2nd right after left curve on N. side of Glenn
Hwy. On BHS entry road, take 1st left. Meet at tennis courts/pool entrance.

Basher Trailhead – take Campbell Airstrip Rd. south off Tudor Rd, one mile beyond N. &
S, Bivouac Trailheads. Pass under Powerline, lot is on right side of road (south)!

Baxter Bog–take N. Lights Blvd east. Turn south (right) and go 1 block to school on east
(left) side of Baxter. Bog southeast of school.

Campbell Park – 1 block south of Tudor on Lake Otis; on east (mtn) side of Lake Otis.

Campbell Airstrip parking –Campbell Airstrip Rd., south off Tudor Rd., go one mile, lot
on right side (west), before big left curve.

Centennial Park -Boundary Ave, east off N. Muldoon Rd, then left on Frontage Rd.,
campground 1/3 mile on right.

Chugach Foothills Park -turn east on Pioneer Drive, off the curve where Muldoon Rd
becomes Tudor Rd -parking lot 200 ft off Muldoon.

Conner’s Bog –take Jewel Lk. Rd., south off Intl. Airport Rd., go 200ft, turn left after
median onto a frontage road, go 50 ft. to parking lot on right (south side).

Elderberry Park –far west end of 5th Ave., at “N” St. (west & below Simon & Seaforts’
restaurant).

Earthquake Park – go west on No. Lights Blvd. past Lake Hood Dr, lot on right as road
curves to right).

Goose Lake– take UAA Dr., south off N. Lights Blvd., go 100 ft, turn left after median
(east), road leads to lot at Paddleboat Café.

Hilltop: Besh, Powerline, Richter, Spencer & Upper Trails- chalet road NE, off gravel
lot just before E. Abbott Rd. curves right.

Hilltop to Service - chalet road off NE corner of gravel lot, located just before upper
E.Abbott Rd.curves right. Park past chalet.

Hillside Trails – lot N. side of upper E. Abbott Rd, just before 90 degree curve to right.
Trails begin at NW corner of lot..

Jewel Lake Park -  Go west on 88th from Jewel Lake Road to the parking lot.
This is a flat fun walk though the tundra  by Sundi Lake to Sand Lake.
Then we loop around Sand Lake and come back - this takes about an hour.

Johnson Trailhead -meet at lot on N. side of road, 1/2 mile east of Potter Section House.
State parking sticker or fee required.

Kasuun Elementary -far east end of 68thAve, school on south side, 1 blk short of Elmore
Rd., use lot closest to 68thave.


Kincaid Park Jodhpur Rd. entrance –midpoint between (1/3 mile from either) far west
end of Dimond Blvd. and west end of Kincaid Rd (comes off Sand Lake Rd.)

Kincaid Park Raspberry Lot –first parking lot on right side, atop first hill after entering
park on westbound Raspberry Rd.

Kincaid Outdoor Center –take Raspberry Rd., west off Minnesota Dr, thru Kincaid Park,
to chalet at far west end.

Klatt Elementary  School on Puma Dr., south off Klatt Rd. and south of Old Klatt Rd.
Park in lot near Puma Dive.

Little Campbell Lake –take Raspberry Rd. west off Minnesota Dr, to median at very
beginning of Kincaid Park. Turn right.

Lake Hood-Millennium Hotel –4800 Spenard Rd, meet in southern most parking lot (left
side of hotel). Paved surfaces.

McHugh Creek - Lot on the north side of the Seward HWY three miles past
Potter Section House at South East end of Potter's Marsh.
State park sticker or $5 fee!

Muldoon Park – east end of Northern Lights across from Carrs store.

North Bivouac Trailhead -Campbell Airstrip Rd, south off Tudor Rd, go 2 miles, lot on
left (north) directly across from South Bivouac Trailhead.

Ocean View Park -meet at 1st cul-de-sac on Coral Lane, 100 ft.south off Oceanview Dr.**

O’Malley Trailhead –Upper O’Malley to Trails End Rd., Longhorn St., Cobra St. north to
Shebanof Ave. Small parking lot at Stroganof Dr. State park sticker or $5 fee! **

Prospect Heights - east, 1/8 mi. past intersection of upper Prospect Dr. & Siderof Lane,
State park sticker or $5 fee! 

Pt. Woronzof – west, No. Lights. Parking lot is at west end of Stevens Intl. Airport north-
south runway.

Rabbit Creek Park – off Old Rabbit Creek Road. See phonebook maps.**

Russian Jack Springs Park – take Lidia Selkregg Ln., just west of Boniface Pkwy, south
off Debarr Rd. to chalet.

Russian Jack Elementary- E. 20th Ave, one block east of the north side of East High.

Spenard Rec Center – Tudor Rd., west of Minnesota & past Spenard Builder’s Supply,
turns left before RR tracks as Harding St, then right as 48th Ave.- go 2 blocks – see on left.

Ship Creek – meet in area under C Street bridge, near 1st Ave., on south side of Ship
Creek. Trail begins behind hotel near the former “Bridge” Restaurant. Paved/lighted trail.

South Bivouac Trailhead-go south off Tudor Rd. onto Campbell Airstrip Rd, go about 2
miles, lot on right side(south) directly across from N. Bivouac Trailhead.

Springhill Elementary for Ruth Arcand Park -east off Lake Otis Pkwy, at Sentry Dr.
(1/5 mi south of Abbott Rd.).

Taku Lake – east off of Old Seward Hwy on 76th to end, or from Dimond Blvd turn north
on King St, go to 76th, turn left. Paved/lighted trail.

Town Square Park - east side Performing Arts Center, meet at 6th Ave. & F Street door.

Upper Huffman Trailhead- Sultana Dr left off end of Upper Huffman Rd. to trailhead at
end. Parking $5 or state sticker. See phone map.**

Westchester Lagoon (15th and U St) –easy way is 11th Ave. west off “L” St., then south
on “N” St. to 15th Ave., west on 15th.
